Standard Terms and Conditions

1	Transfer quotes as in Appendices A & B are from Stansted Airport and Central London only.
2	For airport transfers please add £5 for parking and up to 45 minutes waiting time from when the plane actually lands.
3	Except for fixed price transfers all hirings will start and end from Stansted Airport or Central London base.
4	Gratuities are not included and are at the client's discretion.
5	Parking will be charged at cost.
6	All prices are subject to VAT.

Cancellations

Standard Vehicles

Para: (a)	If the customer has given the contractor less than 1 hours cancellation notice on any pre-booking at STANSTED AIRPORT, then the Customer agrees to pay the Contractor a 30% cancellation charge.
Para: (b)	If the customer has given less than 4 hours cancellation notice on any pre-booking that are not STANSTED AIRPORT based, then the Customer agrees to pay the Contractor a 50% cancellation charge.
Para: (c)	The Customer will not be liable for Cancellation charges in respect of cancellations advised to the Contractor prior to the notice periods stipulated in the foregoing sections (a) and (b)
Para: (d)	if a pre-booking passenger has been picked up by the Contractor and the Customer wishes to cancel the journey whilst on route, then the Customer agrees to pay the full journey rate, plus any waiting time and incurred car parking costs.

Standard Coaches

Para: (e)	If the customer has given less than 24 hours cancellation notice but greater than 12 hours on any pre-booking, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.
Para: (f)	If the customer has given less than 12 hours cancellation notice on any pre-booking, a 75% cancellation charge will be incurred.
Para: (g)	If the coach is cancelled while in waiting time at the point of pick-up then the customer will be charged a 100% cancellation charge.
